About the Role:
Advocate Chand Chopra is seeking two dynamic lawyers to join her disputes team in Delhi, starting 1st July 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for young legal professionals with a keen interest in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration to work in a fast-paced, high-engagement legal environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision
- Registered lawyers with relevant experience or fresh graduates with substantial prior internship exposure
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year in-person program) is required
- Demonstrated interest in commercial/civil litigation and arbitration is essential; candidates with prior arbitration experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal research, drafting, and client interaction
- Preparing and reviewing petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and related legal documents
- Independently handling drafting and briefing assignments
- Representing clients before various statutory and judicial forums
- Providing legal advisory support across commercial disputes and arbitration matters
Location: Delhi
Start Date: 1st July 2025
Salary: Commensurate with experience and as per industry standards
