About the Role
Advocate Amit Verma, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and Founding Partner at Dhritya Legal, is inviting applications for a legal position at the firm’s New Delhi office. The opportunity is open to law students in their 3rd to 5th year (5-year program) or 2nd and 3rd year (3-year program), as well as graduates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in the legal field.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills
  • Law students or registered lawyers with relevant internship or work experience
  • Must hold or be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year in-person program)
  • Proficiency in drafting, legal research, and written/oral communication
  • 2–5 years of legal experience preferred for associate roles
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and team collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal pleadings and appearing before various Courts and Tribunals
  • Drafting and vetting agreements; advising clients on a broad range of legal issues
  • Practice areas primarily include Civil and Commercial Laws
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating M&A agreements, share purchase agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts
  • Conducting research, attending court proceedings, representing clients, and providing legal opinions

Salary:
