This role is ideal for individuals passionate about marketing, PR, business development, corporate communications, and strategic growth in the legal industry.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program).
✔ Experience:
- Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience OR fresh law graduates with prior internship experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Research & Drafting:
- Draft and review petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and legal documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and assist in strategic legal initiatives.
- Handle legal matters related to Customs, Excise, Service Tax, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Strategic & Business Development:
- Work on corporate communications, PR, and marketing initiatives for the firm.
- Assist in client interactions and develop strategies to enhance legal business development.
- Represent clients in various legal forums.
Operational Excellence:
- The candidate must be competent in drafting and briefing with minimal supervision.
- Must possess strong research and writing skills.
Location & Salary
Location: Mumbai (Office-based role).
Salary: As per Industry Standards.
