Eligibility Criteria
Registered lawyer with 2-3 years of experience in litigation (Fresh law graduates with prior internship experience may also apply).
LL.B. degree from a recognized 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
Strong verbal & written communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management.
Must be fluent in English and well-versed in litigation procedures.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Litigation Exposure – Drafting and appearing before courts including Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts.
✔ Legal Research & Drafting – Prepare case briefs, petitions, and commercial agreements.
✔ Contract Management – Draft, vet, review, and negotiate customer contracts, license agreements, and third-party agreements.
✔ Regulatory Compliance – Analyze and interpret local laws to ensure compliance.
✔ Independent Handling – Work with minimal supervision on case preparations and client briefings.
