About the Job
M.I.K. Legal is looking to hire 1 Advocate with around 2 years of litigation experience in Civil, Arbitration, and Consumer matters. Candidates should have knowledge of Real Estate laws, MSME Act, Commercial Laws, and local laws along with strong drafting skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program)
Registered lawyer with relevant legal experience (Fresh graduates with prior internship experience may also apply)
Litigation experience & fluency in English are a must
Strong verbal & written communication, research, negotiation, and time management skills
Responsibilities
Legal Research & Drafting – Draft and review petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and related legal documents
Court Representation – Appear in legal forums & assist in litigation matters
Client Coordination – Work closely with clients and provide legal advisory
Independent Work – Ability to handle cases with minimal supervision
