Job Opportunity: Associate – Litigation Team at KMA Attorneys
KMA Attorneys is seeking a litigation associate with a minimum of two years PQE and strong drafting skills to join its Patel Nagar, New Delhi office.
Eligibility:
- Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Registered lawyers with relevant experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Fluency in English and a strong grasp of litigation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and briefing with minimal supervision.
- Draft and review petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, and other legal documents.
- Provide legal counsel on matrimonial issues and economic offences.
- Advise clients on Criminal and Civil Litigation, Matrimonial Law, and Tax Law.
