Job Opportunity: Legal Associate (Real Estate & Property Law)
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking fresh graduates and legal professionals with up to three years of experience who have a strong interest in real estate and property law.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in organization, negotiation, and time management.
- Law graduates from a recognized 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Registered lawyers with relevant experience or fresh graduates with prior internships.
- Expertise in legal drafting, including contracts, agreements, MoUs, and title search reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft petitions, agreements, MoUs, and appeals.
- Work independently on legal documentation, briefings, and case preparations.
- Collaborate with clients, provide legal counsel, and represent them in legal proceedings.
Location: Mumbai
Salary: As per industry standards
