About the Job
Invicta Chambers is seeking a talented and motivated Associate with 0-2 years PQE to join its Litigation Practice team in Bangalore. Candidates with a strong foundation in litigation and working knowledge of Kannada are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in English, research, and legal documentation is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal pleadings and appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.
- Drafting and vetting agreements, advising clients on legal matters.
- Practicing primarily in Civil and Commercial Laws.
- Learning and excelling in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Handling legal documents and working on a laptop efficiently.
