Eligibility:
✔ LL.B. (3-year or 5-year in-person program)
✔ 1-2 years of experience in indirect tax law
✔ Strong research, drafting & communication skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects & work independently
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal pleadings & appearing before Courts/Tribunals
Drafting & vetting agreements, advising clients on legal matters
Handling cases in Civil & Criminal law
Proficiency in legal documentation & legal research
Salary: As per industry standards
Location: New Delhi
