The Chambers of Radhika Gupta, Advocate-on-Record, is hiring one Associate (PQE 0-1 year) for its Noida office.
Eligibility:
- LL.B. degree from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Fresh graduates with prior internship experience or registered lawyers with relevant experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication, research, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
- Managing contract review, negotiation, and closure for customer contracts, license agreements, and third-party agreements.
- Conducting legal research and interpreting local laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Drafting and briefing legal documents with minimal supervision.
