About the Job
The Chamber of Abhishek Vikram, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, is looking for two Associates with 1-3 years of experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience or fresh graduates with prior internship experience.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in English, along with strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong communication, research, and writing skills.
- Drafting, briefing, and handling cases with minimal supervision.
- Coordinating with legal teams and external counsel for case preparation.
- Advising clients on litigation strategy and pre-litigation preparation.
- Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing legal documents and agreements.
- Drafting appeals, petitions, written statements, and assisting in administrative work.
- Assisting in case management, research, filing, and strategy development.
- Court appearances, tribunal representations, office management, and client counseling.
Salary
As per industry standards.
