Ashutosh Bhardwaj Legal is urgently hiring litigation lawyers. Law graduates with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) are eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
Registered lawyers with relevant legal experience OR fresh law graduates with prior internship experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year full-time program.
Fluent in English and well-versed in litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Legal research, drafting, and writing.
Drafting, briefing, and handling legal matters with minimal supervision.
Drafting, vetting, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
Reviewing and closing customer contracts, license agreements, and third-party agreements.
Analyzing and interpreting local laws to ensure legal compliance in contracts.
Monitoring legal/statutory developments on relevant government websites.
