About the Role
Ajmani and Law Partners is looking for dedicated and organized legal professionals to join the team. This role involves litigation, arbitration, contract drafting, and legal research, offering significant courtroom exposure.
Eligibility Criteria
Enrolled lawyer with 1-2 years of experience (or fresh graduates with prior internship experience).
Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
Strong verbal & written communication, organizational, negotiation, and time management skills.
Fluent in English and well-versed in litigation.
Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
Roles & Responsibilities
Legal Research & Drafting:
- Conduct legal research on arbitration, banking regulations, and financial laws.
- Draft & review petitions, agreements, MoUs, appeals, contracts, and legal notices.
- Assist in preparing legal opinions and case summaries.
Client Representation & Case Handling:
- Work closely with clients, provide legal counsel, and assist in case preparation.
- Support arbitration proceedings, including drafting pleadings and submissions.
- Represent clients in various legal forums.
