Job Opportunity: Assistant Manager – Litigation at BharatPe

Join BharatPe’s legal team as an Assistant Manager – Litigation and play a crucial role in managing legal disputes and litigation matters.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in financial services, fintech, or law firms handling fintech-related disputes.
✔️ Law degree (LL.B.) from a 3-year or 5-year in-person program.
✔️ Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
✔️ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
✔️ Proficient in drafting and legal research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Litigation Management: Handling disputes related to fintech products, financial regulations, and commercial matters.
  • Legal Coordination: Working with external counsel and legal teams for case preparation and representation.
  • Drafting & Research: Preparing appeals, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents.
  • Advisory Role: Assisting clients with litigation strategy and pre-litigation preparation.
  • Contract Management: Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing agreements and legal documents.
  • Court Appearances: Representing the company in courts and tribunals when required.
  • Administrative Work: Managing case filings, office management, and client counseling.
