Position Details

Key Responsibilities & Expertise Required
The selected candidate should have strong working knowledge and practical experience in:
• Civil and Criminal Laws – Drafting, vetting, and handling litigation-related matters
• Labour & HR Laws – Compliance, disciplinary proceedings, employment documentation, statutory adherence
• Agreements & Contracts – Drafting, reviewing, negotiation, and risk mitigation
• Trademark & IP Matters – Filings, oppositions, renewals, and enforcement coordination
Preferred Profile
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments
• Strong drafting, compliance, and advisory skills
• Practical, business-oriented legal mindset
