Position: Real Estate Legal Counsel
- Location: Tamil Nadu State Office
- Role: In-House Legal Counsel
- Industry Focus: Telecom Law, Real Estate Law, IP Law, Consumer Protection Law, Business Law
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: LL.B. (Bachelor’s in Law); LL.M. is preferred
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil (reading, writing, speaking)
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong legal drafting and litigation skills
- Prior experience in real estate due diligence, legal drafting, and stakeholder consultation
- Familiarity with Tamil Nadu’s local laws and regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Legal MIS & Documentation: Maintain legal records and case reports
- Legal Drafting: Draft agreements, addendums, and contracts
- Coordination with External Advocates: Engage with legal professionals across Tamil Nadu for case management
- Real Estate Due Diligence: Analyze and review property-related legal documents
- Legal Opinion & Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with in-house legal teams and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
