Eligibility Criteria
- Position: Regional Legal Manager (ROM)
- Qualification: Law graduate
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of expertise in:
- Negotiable Instruments Act, Section 138 (NI 138)
- Execution Proceedings (EP)
- SARFAESI Act
- Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
- Centralized Arbitration Center (CAC)
