About the Job
Ivy Law Offices is inviting job applications for a Litigation Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation and a passion for arguing matters before various courts and tribunals.
Eligibility Criteria

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years (Post Qualification).

Skills: Strong drafting skills.

Litigation Expertise: Experience in arguing matters before the High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts.

Client Management: Expertise in managing client relationships.

E-Filing: Proficient in e-filing procedures at the Delhi High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT.

IBC Matters: Prior experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters is mandatory.
