Position: Legal – JL6

Location: Bengaluru
Experience Required: 8–14 years
Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare detailed memos on complex regulatory and legal issues.
Coordinate with external counsel for global regulatory compliance of the Infosys group.
Review, draft, and finalize employment policies, agreements, and contracts.
Lead negotiations with clients and partners to resolve legal or contractual standstills.
Advise internal stakeholders on employment law, including:
- Transfers and terminations
- Social security and employee benefits
Draft and approve responses to courts, tribunals, and regulatory forums.
Execute and coordinate litigation strategy across jurisdictions.
Manage external counsel and legal firms handling contentious matters.
Liaise with insurance providers for effective litigation risk management.
Contribute research insights to Infosys’ legal knowledge repository.
Provide legal training to HR and business leaders on employment law compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
Experience: 8 to 14 years in employment law, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
Key Skills: Program management, litigation coordination, stakeholder advisory, and legal drafting.
