We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to support our corporate and commercial law functions. Eligibility
- Current law students (3rd year and above in 5-year courses, or 2nd year and above in 3-year courses) OR recent law graduates.
- Strong interest in corporate and commercial law.
- Good research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Assist in compliance tracking and policy documentation.
- Provide support in ongoing business transactions and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal queries and risks.
