Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth legal research on assigned topics related to Company law.
Analyze relevant laws, regulations, and precedents to provide comprehensive and accurate information.
Compliance and Regulatory Research: Stay updated with the latest developments in the legal domains mentioned above.
Assist in assessing the impact of new laws and regulations on the organization.
Qualifications:
1. 3rd-4th year/ 5-yr course or 2nd year/ 3-yr course (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
2. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues related to Company Law.
3. Familiarity with legal research tools, databases, and resources.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
