About the Opportunity:
Dispatch Network is inviting applications for a full-time legal internship based in Pune. This opportunity offers a front-row seat to deal-making, contract negotiation, and corporate strategy. Interns will work directly with the CEO and the in-house legal team on high-impact matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Final-year law students or recent law graduates
• Strong interest in corporate and consumer law
• Willingness to commit full-time on-site for 6 months
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multi-disciplinary tasks
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts
• Conduct legal research across corporate, consumer, and regulatory law
• Contribute to internal policy development and compliance tracking
• Participate in strategy discussions, negotiations, and execution of legal documentation
