Eligibility Criteria:

Pursuing LLB/LLM from a recognized Indian university

Prior internship experience in corporate, business, environmental, or commercial law

Strong command over contract law and legal research

Excellent drafting and communication skills in English
Roles & Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements and legal documents

Track execution status of agreements and maintain proper documentation
-
Coordinate with internal teams for data collation and timely legal support

Maintain and update MIS, especially regarding litigation and legal compliance matters
-
Assist in policy reviews, SOP development, and drafting internal legal guidelines
-
Perform legal risk assessments and implement risk mitigation plans

Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs

Review due diligence reports and initiate corrective actions

Maintain a central repository for all legal and compliance-related documents

Provide support for any legal/statutory compliance tasks as required
