Eligibility

Students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in Law
Strong academic record
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment

Intern Responsibilities

Interns will gain hands-on legal exposure through the following tasks:

Drafting:
- Legal notices, replies, petitions, applications, contracts, MOUs, LOIs, addendums, policies, and customer grievance replies
Contract Management:
- Drafting, reviewing, vetting of agreements
- Maintaining contract database/MIS
Litigation Management:
- Drafting and reviewing litigation documents
- Tracking and updating litigation MIS
Compliance:
- Assisting in legal compliance across various applicable laws
Coordination:
- Interaction with courts, advocates, law firms, police, and internal stakeholders
Data Migration:
- Shifting data from physical/Excel formats to an online legal portal
Research and Advisory:
- Providing legal opinions on diverse corporate legal issues
