About the Opportunity
KL Associates is expanding its Legal Team and invites applications from professionals experienced in property due-diligence, particularly in preparing Title Search Reports (TSR) and Legal Search Reports (LSR). This role is ideal for candidates who can independently handle property verification and legal risk analysis.
Position
TSR & LSR Specialist (Property Due-Diligence)
Role Overview
The selected professional will be responsible for independently:

Conducting title verification and ownership checks

Preparing accurate TSR and LSR for property matters

Reviewing historical title documents, encumbrances, and revenue records

Identifying legal risks, defects, and discrepancies
-
Drafting concise, compliant, and well-structured search reports
-
Coordinating with Sub-Registrar offices, advocates, and clients
Requirements
-
Strong prior experience in TSR/LSR preparation (mandatory)

Sound knowledge of *property laws, registrations, and due-diligence processes
-
LLB preferred
-
Excellent drafting, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
