About the Role
ADPL.WORLD is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Counsel to join its legal team. This position involves offering strategic legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling contract negotiations, and managing legal risks to support and strengthen business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide legal guidance on matters related to corporate affairs, regulations, and compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
Ensure operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry norms.
Represent the organisation in legal proceedings and coordinate with external counsel.
Develop and implement compliance and risk management policies.
Advise internal teams and senior leadership on legal risks and strategies.
Conduct legal research and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
Manage intellectual property and data protection responsibilities.
Handle dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate legal advisory or as in-house counsel.
Proficiency in contract law, compliance issues, and dispute resolution.
Strong skills in legal drafting, communication, and negotiation.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
