Qualifications:

ACS (Associate Company Secretary) + LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws)

Experience:

4–6 years of relevant experience in PCS firms, consulting, or MNCs

Skills:

Strong command of MS Word and PowerPoint

Excellent organizational and ethical standards

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented

Roles & Responsibilities
Company Secretarial Tasks:
-
Organize Board and Shareholders’ meetings in compliance with Secretarial Standards
-
Manage MCA filings and maintain all statutory registers
-
Ensure proper document and digital repository management
Administrative & Vendor Support:
-
Maintain Vendor MIS and process invoices as per SOP
-
Oversee and manage departmental records
Contracts & Legal Support:
-
Draft, review, and redline various legal agreements
-
Ensure SOP compliance during contract execution and lifecycle management
