About the Opportunity
A Vahura is looking to connect with experienced legal professionals (2–5 years of experience) to join its Legal & Compliance function. This is a business-facing, in-house role focused on risk mitigation, contract management, and commercially sound decision-making.
About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
-
MSAs, SoWs
-
Vendor and consultant agreements
-
NDAs, MoUs, LoIs
-
Internal company documents
-
-
Identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks while supporting business objectives
-
Partnering closely with business and cross-functional teams
-
Taking ownership of assigned projects and supporting strategic business initiatives
-
Driving process improvements to strengthen alignment between legal, compliance, and business teams

Supporting training and awareness initiatives to enhance the organization’s compliance culture
Eligibility & Skills
-
2–5 years of experience in legal and/or compliance roles
-
Strong experience in commercial contracts and negotiations
-
Ability to balance legal risk with business priorities
-
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-
In-house experience is preferred but not mandatory
