About the Role
Arthaat Legal is inviting applications for the position of Legal Compliance Associate. This hybrid role, based in Delhi, is an excellent opportunity for fresh law graduates from the Class of 2025 to begin their careers in legal compliance within a dynamic law firm setting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent law graduates or final-year LL.B. students (Class of 2025)
- Demonstrated interest in legal compliance and corporate law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in English; Hindi or regional language proficiency is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance audits and legal reviews across jurisdictions in India
- Assist in implementing and testing compliance tools
- Support in litigation matters and contract review processes
- Provide liaison services and draft legal opinions
- Participate in internal audits and due diligence exercises
- Contribute to IPR and POSH compliance initiatives
