An internal consulting firm with offices across Asia is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate (PQE 0–8 years). The firm primarily advises MNCs and non-Indian clients on cross-border corporate transactions and a wide range of Indian legal and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities

Legal research on corporate, commercial, and cross-border regulatory matters

Drafting contracts, legal memoranda, compliance documents, and client advisories

Assisting senior lawyers on domestic and international matters

Documentation management and practice support
Eligibility & Skills

0–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

Strong legal research and drafting skills

Excellent command of written and spoken English
