RB Law Corp is hiring for the position of Associate (GST).

Experience: 2 to 3 years in GST
Location: Sector 16, Noida
Qualification: CA (male candidates preferred)
Eligibility Criteria

Communication & Drafting: Excellent skills in communication and legal drafting.

Analytical & Researching Skills: Strong ability to analyze and research GST law matters.

Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A reliable professional with attention to detail.

Experience: Prior experience handling GST audits, assessments, refunds, advisory, and litigation matters.

Flexibility: Available to work on weekends when required.

GST Knowledge: Sound understanding of GST law, specifically audits, assessments, refunds, GSTR filings (GSTR-1, 3B, 9, and 9C), and GST Portal.

Travel: Willing to travel outstation for work as necessary.
Key Responsibilities

Audit Management: Lead and manage internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion.

Assessment Management: Oversee GST assessment proceedings under various sections of the GST law.

Refund Filing: Handle refund applications under section 54, including export refunds and inverted duty structure.

Assistance in Search Matters: Assist clients during inspections or searches conducted by the GST department, including preparation of required documents and reconciliations.

Excel Skills: Must have strong Excel skills, including V-Lookup, H-Lookup, and advanced formulae for calculations.
