Role: Legal Associate
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3-4 years
Eligibility:
✔ LL.B. degree
✔ 3-4 years of experience in contract & litigation management (in-house or law firm)
✔ Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial law, and IP laws
✔ Experience handling GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act compliance
✔ Preferred: Experience in IT, ITES, or Service industry
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Draft, review & negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, Vendor & Partnership Agreements)
✔ Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Engineering) for legal guidance
✔ Manage litigation & coordinate with external counsel
✔ Conduct legal research for compliance with relevant laws
✔ Organize & maintain legal documentation
