Experience: 4–6 years PQE
Role Expectations:
• Drafting and reviewing production agreements
• Negotiating license and distribution agreements
• Conducting due diligence
• Handling advisory and transactional work in the media and entertainment sector
• Supporting clients on non-litigation commercial mandates
We are looking for professionals with strong drafting precision, commercial awareness, and sector familiarity. Prior experience in media law and entertainment transactions is essential.
