The office of Deepak Thackur, Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India, is looking to onboard one Associate for the Indirect Tax (IDT) Litigation team
Experience: 2–4 years PQE
Location: Noida
Joining: Immediate
Nature of Work
• Appearances before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and Adjudicating Authorities
• Drafting writ petitions, appeals, replies, and legal opinions
• Active involvement in indirect tax litigation matters
Mandatory Requirement
Applicants must have prior experience in Indirect Tax laws (GST / Service Tax / Customs) and should be comfortable with drafting and court procedure. Only candidates with relevant IDT experience are requested to apply.
