About the Role
WHITEHATTS is hiring a Civil Litigation Lawyer with 10 plus years of hands on experience for matters before District Courts, with preference for candidates familiar with Saket District Courts practice.
Role highlights include:

Independent handling of civil suits, injunctions, recovery matters, property disputes and execution proceedings

End to end drafting, arguing and case strategy

Regular court appearances before District Courts and allied forums

Client interaction, case management and court coordination
This role is suited for a senior litigator who is self driven, dependable and comfortable owning matters independently.
Eligibility and Skills

Minimum 10 years of solid civil litigation experience

Strong drafting and arguing skills

Deep familiarity with District Court procedures and practice

Courtroom confidence and reliability in handling matters autonomously
Location
District Courts, with preference for local practice familiarity
