About the Role
Verist Law is inviting applications for a senior level execution role for candidates with seven or more years of experience in structured finance. This is a full time, transaction heavy role requiring hands on execution capability and the ability to independently lead mandates.
Mandatory expertise:

Deep, demonstrable experience in private listed NCDs

Strong exposure to securitisation structures

Comfort with drafting, negotiation and transaction execution workflows for structured debt products
Additional preferred exposure:

Experience in ECB transactions

Experience in private credit transactions
Not relevant experience:

Project finance
-
General banking or lending work
Nature of work:
The role will require the professional to split responsibilities as follows:

Supporting the existing team in execution across structured finance deals

Independently leading execution on certain transactions end to end
This is an intense, execution driven role suitable for a lawyer who is comfortable with time sensitive, detail heavy and high responsibility transactional work.
Location
This is a Mumbai based position only, as the entire transaction team operates from the Mumbai office.
