About the Role
TTEC is hiring a Senior Legal Analyst – Global Contracts Center of Excellence for its Hyderabad, Telangana location. This role supports a high growth business segment with over USD 2 billion in revenue and ambitious expansion plans. The position is ideal for a commercial technology lawyer who enjoys working closely with business teams and handling complex, high volume contractual work in a fast paced environment.
The role involves partnering with TTEC’s global legal and risk teams to support sales, operations and compliance functions while enabling business growth through efficient, risk balanced contracting.
Key Responsibilities

Structuring, drafting, negotiating and managing commercial technology contracts including master services agreements, licenses, strategic alliances, reseller arrangements and partnership agreements

Drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements, data processing agreements, professional services agreements, software licensing documents and related amendments and renewals

Participating in end to end deal execution to balance commercial growth objectives with risk mitigation

Creating, improving and updating contract templates and playbooks

Providing proactive legal advice and conducting legal research as required

Supporting document management and process improvements for internal stakeholders

Handling legal and compliance support for EMEA and India regions on an as needed basis
Eligibility and Experience
-
LL.B or LL.M degree
-
4 to 8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
-
Prior corporate or transactional experience at a reputed law firm or in house legal team of a multinational corporation, preferably in IT or ITES sectors

Experience handling technology and services contract lifecycle in a high volume environment

Strong commercial judgment, business acumen and practical problem solving skills

Excellent interpersonal, organisational and stakeholder management skills

Commitment to ethical conduct and professional integrity
