About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead programs, manage teams, and deliver high-impact governance outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Management / Development Studies / Social Work or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in governance/project management
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program implementation and ensure timely delivery
• Build and manage high-performing teams
• Oversee human & financial resource management
• Ensure compliance, quality, and timelines
• Drive innovative governance interventions
• Liaison with implementing agencies and DMFT authorities
• Provide strategic inputs for public service delivery
• Report to Chairman & Managing Committee
