Vasudha Foundation India is hiring a Senior Policy Officer – Climate Resilience. This role focuses on shaping India’s low-carbon and climate-resilient pathways through research, policy development, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and analysis in climate resilience, urban planning, and adaptation finance
• Develop climate action plans, flood resilience plans, and cooling/heat strategies
• Identify climate-related risks and vulnerabilities
• Design strategies for low-carbon and resilient development
• Author/co-author policy briefs, blogs, technical reports, and research papers
Eligibility & Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in climate resilience or related fields
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Experience in policy planning and climate strategy development
• Ability to work on research-driven and impact-oriented projects
