Key Responsibilities:
• Managing end-to-end HR operations
• Ensuring statutory and legal compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws)
• Driving employee engagement and retention
• Fostering a positive and healthy organisational culture
Eligibility & Preference:
• Minimum 5+ years of HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR operations
• Understanding of statutory compliance
• Proven experience in people management
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
