Dispute Resolution
The work will involve complex commercial disputes, regulatory matters, arbitration, cross-border litigation, and advisory support for contentious mandates across multiple sectors. Candidates should have strong advocacy, research, drafting and case management skills and the ability to handle matters with independence and judgment.
Corporate M&A
Candidates for the corporate practice should have substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity transactions, corporate structuring, regulatory advisory and commercial contracting. Exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions and regional regulatory frameworks will be a strong advantage.
Professionals with more than five years of post-qualification experience, already based in the region, and trained in common-law jurisdictions are encouraged to apply.
