Hirani & Associates is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Media & Entertainment Law Practice. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandra (W), Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of media & entertainment agreements, including:

Co-production, development, and commissioning agreements

Production and investment agreements
-
Talent and artist contracts
-
Brand collaborations and endorsements
-
Music and content licensing
-
OTT/film transactions and other commercial media arrangements
• Providing expert legal advice to music and media clients
• Supporting transactional work in the media and entertainment sector
Eligibility
• 3–5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Media & Entertainment Law (transactional/non-litigation)
• Prior law firm experience preferred
• Experience in music law or handling music-related clients is a plus
• Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry
• Self-starter with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
