Role & Responsibilities

Handle and manage matters before Trial Courts, High Courts, NCLT, and other tribunals
-
Independently draft pleadings, petitions, applications, and research notes
-
Assist senior counsel in litigation strategy and case preparation
-
Appear before courts and tribunals for advocacy and procedural hearings
-
Coordinate with clients and maintain case records
-
Mentor junior members and foster a collaborative team environment
Requirements
-
2–3 years PQE in active litigation
-
Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
-
Experience in commercial disputes, corporate litigation, insolvency, and white-collar matters (preferred)
-
Ability to independently manage filings, client communication, and court appearances
-
Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable
