Key Responsibilities

Manage trademark and copyright disputes, oppositions, and enforcement actions

Handle prosecution and advisory matters before IP offices and courts

Lead client communications and manage internal teams

Contribute to firm strategy and support colleagues

Draft high-quality legal documents with precision
Eligibility / Qualifications

5+ years post-qualification experience in IP litigation & prosecution

Strong drafting, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented mindset

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
