Economic Laws Practice (ELP) is expanding its Data Privacy, AI Regulatory, and Technology Law Practice and is seeking a Senior Associate (4–5 years PQE) to join its team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build a future-facing practice in one of the fastest-evolving areas of law.

Eligibility & Ideal Candidate Profile

Valid law degree and license to practice in India
-
4–5 years PQE at a reputed law firm or in-house team
-
Strong experience in data privacy compliance (policies, notices, vendor assessments, breach processes)

Exposure to AI/tech regulatory advisory or platform frameworks is a plus
-
Research-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity

Excellent ability to communicate complex regulatory ideas clearly
