Lufthansa Technik Canada, Inc., part of the globally renowned Lufthansa Group, is inviting applications for the position of Material Service Center Coordinator. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a world-class aviation operation from day one, ensuring seamless material coordination and procurement across teams in Calgary and Montreal.
Eligibility:

Education: High school diploma/GED (mandatory); college degree or vocational training in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field required.

Experience: 1–3 years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in an MRP-based manufacturing environment.

Skills:

Fluency in English (French desirable)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with ERP/MRP systems

Strong procurement and vendor coordination abilities

Must hold a valid driver’s license and legal work permit in Canada.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQ, PO issuance, delivery monitoring, and invoicing.

Communicate with vendors on pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.

Ensure adherence to Lufthansa Technik’s guidelines, regulatory requirements, and contractual terms.

Generate and analyze daily procurement reports to manage open orders and prioritize deliveries.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Center (SCC).
