Role & Responsibilities
Handling matters under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, arbitration proceedings, execution of warrants, SARFAESI actions, EP follow-ups, and related litigation work.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have more than 3 years of experience in a similar litigation role. Freshers and candidates without relevant experience may kindly refrain from applying.
