Designation: Litigation Associate

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3–5 years post-qualification (PQE)

Language Requirement: Knowledge of Kannada (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
-
Handle litigation across labour, employment, NCLT, recovery, and commercial matters.

Draft pleadings, legal notices, and case documentation.

Conduct in-depth legal research and case law analysis.

Plan and execute case strategy under the supervision of partners/senior counsel.

Represent clients before various forums and assist in hearings.

Liaise effectively with clients, external counsel, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Skills
-
LL.B. from a reputed law school or university.

3–5 years of litigation experience with proven drafting and argumentation ability.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple matters independently.
-
Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.
