Micro & Small Enterprises Facilitation Councils (MSEFCs), Rajasthan, are inviting applications from experienced Law Graduates for engagement as Legal Resources on a contractual basis across multiple locations in the State.
This opportunity is ideal for legal professionals with experience in drafting, arbitration, dispute resolution, and MSME-related matters, looking to work closely with statutory bodies.

Roles & Responsibilities
-
Assist MSEFCs in MSME dispute resolution matters
-
Draft legal notices, replies, briefs, and case documentation
-
Manage cases through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Portal
-
Provide legal guidance to MSMEs under the MSMED Act
-
Coordinate with Council Members and stakeholders
-
Maintain legal records and assist during hearings
Eligibility Criteria
-
Qualification: LL.B. or equivalent
-
Experience: Minimum 3 years PQE in legal drafting, arbitration, dispute resolution, or allied work
Skills Required
-
Strong legal drafting and communication skills
-
Familiarity with ODR / digital legal platforms
-
Ability to manage multiple cases
-
Knowledge of MSME laws (preferred)
Engagement Details

Nature: Contractual

Tenure: 2 years (extendable)

Remuneration: ₹35,000 per month (fixed)
