What we’re looking for
• Strong experience in mortgage documentation
• Expertise in title search reports (TSR) and property due diligence
• Sound knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance
• Ability to independently handle legal documentation and advisory work
• Experience in property and mortgage-related legal matters preferred
Role Overview
• Handling mortgage and property documentation
• Conducting title searches and preparing TSRs
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Managing legal risks related to property and lending transactions
